nominated for aya dream malaysia awards 2006

… exactly a year ago:

in year 2006, i was one of the final nine nominees for the aya dream malaysia most outstanding youth of the year awards. this award, a project run by a youth development organisation asian youth ambassadors or better known as aya, seeks to recognise ordinary youth with extraordinary spirit.

back then, i was a communication student at monash university malaysia (not taylor’s college). however, i did my pre-university studies at taylor’s college.

ironic

it’s funny how previously when i had relatively some time on my hands, i had nothing much to write about in my old blog. hence, my empty crapping eventually died off together with my blog…but now, when i do have things that i would like to input into this virtual space of mine i just can’t find the time to do so. one word: frustrating! .. grr..

anyhow, working with CHALLENGES Magazine indeed is an eye opener. just within three days or so, i’ve shook hands, spoken and exchange contacts with different media people, prominent personalities, government officials and ministers, and inspiring individuals who each have their own life story to tell.

time doesn’t permit me to share the details now, but i will try to do so soon enough..

i certainly love my line of work, but there are one or two things that needs to be sorted out first. currently at a crossroad, but i’m rest assured He will guide..

… just need to take one step at a time.
